Who Can Participate?

Parents of all backgrounds and incomes want their children to grow to be happy, healthy, smart children. Home visits are free to all first time and teen parents. Hurry to enroll before your baby turns 3 months old! Once enrolled, home visits can continue until your child turns 5 years old!
